We had a great time on Friday for our annual Elf Dash. We all wore a Christmas Jumper and completed the golden mile around school in aid of Trinity Hospice.

This week, we’ve been learning about different things that keep us healthy. In PSHE we learned that sleep is good to keep our minds healthy. We found out that a year 3 child needs about 10 hours sleep a night and we discussed our bed time routines.

The cold won't stop us from getting outside and getting active. This week in PE, we were playing games that involved 4 players against one. Today, it was Children in Need. We all accessorised our uniform with something spotty. We were very inventive with our accessories. We supported Joe Wicks on his final 20 minutes of his mammoth 24 hour workout. We were all very hot and tried at the end of it. Click continue reading to see more…

Today, we had a very yummy lesson. We tasted a variety of dips and discussed their flavours and what we liked or did not like about each dip. This will help us when we design our own dip next week. Click continue reading to see more photographs.

Great news today, 3 more children achieved their pen licence! These children have worked extremely hard to keep their handwriting beautifully neat and joined. Well done!

We have some exciting news in Beech Class. On Wednesday, Mrs Croston gave out the first pen licences! These children have worked really hard to ensure their writing is beautifully joined and consistent in all subjects. They were extremely exciting to use their new pens in the next lesson. There…
